Indy Lodge is a nice place to visit the Indianapolis area on the cheap, especially for those looking to attend the Indianapolis Convention Center (the recent host for GenCon). It has a state-of-the-art pool (which I didn’t utilize, though), comfortable rooms with WiFi and DirectTV television, a very soothing shower in each room, and a small refridgerator/freezer unit, just adequate size for snacks or small beverage containers. The staff was plenty friendly and efficient, and the use of a computer and printer with internet access is perfect for the customer with average internet usage (including being bookmarked for FaceBook to allow for you to check or update your wall). Overall, if you’re in the area for the Convention Center or other nearby venues, there’s nowhere better to turn if you can book a room.
